IF YOU DON’T USE IT, YOU LOSE IT.

This is so apparent in the world of fitness. In order to maintain alone, you must keep consistent and the days you don’t feel like going are the most important ones to go, when you can do this, you have developed a healthy habit for life and you accept it has to fit into your lifestyle.




These photos are 3 years apart, the second one taken last week. Apart from maybe a bit more muscle, there’s not a significant difference here. I train 6 days a week, 4 of which are heavy weight driven. This shows that no matter how long you’re training ladies, you won’t turn into the Incredible Hulk! It’s not easy for us to build muscle but when we get there, we must accept that it takes consistency and discipline to maintain 💪🏻
