WHAT IS THE PERFECT BODY?

Some people are overweight and happy, some are underweight and happy but it's a medical reality that either are not healthy. Then there are those whom are healthy with the 'perfect' bodies and they are unhappy because they are feeling guilt or shame. Your body becomes perfect when it's healthy and happy, this means that having a healthy mindset is equally as important as a healthy body. The whole unit of the body is not 'perfect' without both.



I believe that when you start a training program, you want to eat better, so you do because you don't want to see your training efforts go to waste! A lot of people train with weight loss as their main goal, I find this changes over time and becomes more about how being fitter makes you feel mentally, how it drives you in other areas of your life, how it helps you focus, helps you make better decisions for yourself and helps you deal with stress better.


Even though our world has become very superficial, with TV and social media creating negative effects on our body image, the world is making us become more conscious as well of our inner selves and the importance of our well being.

For every negative, there is at least one positive.


A healthy body + A healthy mind = HAPPINESS
