Pilates & Mobility Classes - 4 weeks

One 45min session per week.

 

This class is a blend of important functional mobility exercises combined with Pilates. Lorraine teaches her Pilates classes true to Contrology, the original Joseph Pilates teachings. Pilates is focused on strengthening the inner core muscles and learning how to connect with your centre and breathing and very much focused on developing long, lean muscle. This class is challenging yet invigorating and uplifting.

  • My clients health and safety is paramount so I have implemented Covid-19 prevention protocols in my gym. On entering the gym you will be asked to hand sanitize and wait to be called into the main gym area. For classes, you will be allocated a specific station that will be exclusively yours every time you attend a class.

    You will be required to remain at your station throughout your session as all your necessary equipment will be at your station. All equipment is cleaned before and after use. There is hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, Paper towels and a bin at each station for your convenience. On leaving the gym you will exit through a separate door.
